STAINLESS STEEL PICKLING AND PASSIVATION PASTE

Description

Pickling and passivation paste ensures corrosion resistance and removes free ion contamination left on the surface from fabricating and machinery. Pickling and passivation paste can forms a thick chemically resistant passive layer of chromic oxide thus shielding the surface against corrosion, and can improve stainless steel appearance and brightness.

Instructions

1.For weld oxide cleaning, first clean welding slag welding line and oil, surface coating and then brushing oil pretreatment with thickness of 1 ~ 2 mm, and placed about 1 ~ 2 hours is necessary, with cotton or carpet cleaning on the surface of clean residue (better washing) until clean and bright.

2.To clean up the hot head heat treatment parts thick surface oxidation, surface pre cleanup process, the coating thickness and then brushing grease and uniform surface is about 2 mm, placed about 5 ~ 10 hours is necessary, the last brush card completely or cotton waste or carpet clean residue (better washing) until clean and bright.

3.During the operation, the field ventilation is good, the operator should wear rubber gloves, shoes, masks. If there is a closed environment in the operation, you must use the ventilation system, work together by two operators.

4.Grease is charged by the special person, and the container is covered to keep the vertical state.

5.Once the operator's skin is corroded, rinse immediately with water (or rinse with 5% sodium bicarbonate solution).

Application
Pickling and passivation paste is used for general industrial purpose stainless steel equipment and piping to be used in various industries such as petrochemical industry, vessel pipe, foodstuff, pharmaceutical and paper industry etc. It can remove off oxide coating and oil stain of SS surface and proceed passivation. The products also act as a cleaning agent on austenitic steel and duplex stainless steel that is in a good state but has been contaminated with dirt.
Usage


Dabbing pickling and passivation paste on the SS surface with brush
Suggest leave for about 10-15 minutes, then rub off paste with rag and brush and rinse thoroughly with water
